Welcome message

Hello 🙂

Is this possible to send again a welcome message to a user ?
In several list, I have welcome message but sometimes and for differents reasons the welcome message is not sent or received.

My question is : is this possible to send again to a user a welcome message from a list and how ?

Question for Acymailing 5 under Joomla4/5 but also for V9 🙂

Hi,

You can resend the confirmation memail with both v5 and v9.

In v5 you can achieve this with a mass action and it's documented here: https://docs.acymailing.com/v/old/main-pages/users/mass-actions#resend-your-joomla-confirmation-email

In v9 you can choose to use a mass action (manual action) or so setup an Automation to resend is automaticly. Automatuons and mass actions are documented here: https://docs.acymailing.com/main-pages/automations

Hi JVStratum,

I'm not speaking of a confirmation email but a welcome message : in a list, you can add a welcome message when a user subscribe to a list. This is not a confirmation message then.

Hi,

Go to Users and select the user you want to resend the welcome email to. Then in the top menu click on Actions. Next select "Add an email to the queue", select your welcome email and clickon Process in the top right corner.
