I try to find the best way to achieve that i want, because the doc is a bit confusing for me.
I want to create for example 1 event per week (a webinar event).
I want to send reminder email 3 days before / 1 day before / 1 hour before / 10 minutes before each event.
So as i understand, the best way i thing is to make an automation with eventbooking trigger for my need (3d, 1d, 1h, 10min before).
But the goal is to have one type of automation with one type of email, because i dont want to have to create new email each time i create a new event. So i dont understand if is it possible.
If i create automation with for example 3 days before an event start in all categories, i can make an action to put an email in the waiting list (if i am correct), but is it at this point i am lost.
Can i make 4 general emails with the (3d, 1d, 1h, 10min before) informations with the event information, dynamically generated for the user ? I dont really understand the eventbooking addon for that.
Can i create an email with eventbooking information with Zoom connection info for the event the user register for only ? And without need to create new email with Zoom info for each event ?
