Prevent .png files upload not working

I have some clients that keep uploading png images vs jpg images and they are huge. Causing issues.

I went into ACY Config > Security > Allowed Files - and removed png but i can still upload png files.

Also any way to restrict image size uploads? plus a way to resize the image when you upload it?

You can use extensions like https://www.imagerecycle.com to automaticly resize and compress images.
