Changing URLs in other extensions

In the emails sent from Membership Pro (Joomdonation), AcyMailing's click tracking is interfering with the URLs. Instead of the actual URL, it changes the URLs to:

http://urlxxxx.domain.dk/ls/click?upn=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

How can I prevent AcyMailing from interfering with Membership Pro?

Hi,

You can disable the click tracking in the Acymailing configuration. It's documented here: https://docs.acymailing.com/v/old/main-pages/configuration#features-tracking-menu-editor

Let me just add something to the answer already received
The tracking link that you mentioned in your message is NOT coming from AcyMailing. AcyMailing tracking link has completely different format

Tracking link that you see is most probably coming from your sending service

Can you tell me what sending service are you using?

We are using SendGrid.

You can disable link tracking in your Sengrid account under Settings->Tracking.
