I'm using latest Acymailing Enterprise with latest Joomla 4.
We are using the Mailbox Actions heavily for the discussions between our groups in our organization. It's like the mailing lists in e.g. linux kernel development, but it is just hidden.
Now I'm facing the problem, that all mails sent via a mailbox acttion are included in the backend vies "Emails", where my ordinary newsletter are prepared and saved. In Acymailing v5, there was a split between Mails sent via Mailbox Actions and those created in the backend.
How can I enable such a feature in v9?
Additionally, when I manually delete Mails from the the backend view "Emails", the attachments in my device to this emails remain in place. However as I mentioned above, we heavily use the discussion lists, including attachments. It is hard to manage the deletion of attachments from the mails from Mailbox actions, when they are saved in the same folder as the ordinary campaigns created in the backend.
How can I solve this?
