URGENT!! Acymailing Licence page gives critical error

Hi when I log into Acymailing > my account > and go to licenses > https://www.acymailing.com/account/license/
I get a critical error message as below:

Dashboard
Orders
Licenses
Address
Payment methods
Account details
Log out
There has been a critical error on this website.

Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

Please fix this issue on your website urgently or send me my licence code as I cant send any newsletters.

You have opened the same issue using our contact form. I have replied to the ticket and forwarded it to our second level support

Only our second level support can solve this and no one from the forum can suggest anything useful
