Create new subscriber failures

I am trying to create new subscribers to my account on one domain name.
When I Create a single subscriber, it takes the account for ID#1 and allows editing and saving with the new data.
When I try importing a csv file with subscriber names and emails as per the example, it creates new records, but saves with the details for existing subscriber ID#1 and NOT the details for the new subscribers.

Why is this happening? I am using AcyMailing Starter v9.2.0 on Joomla v4.4.2

Hi,

It looks like you didn't match the fields in the second step of the import. Can you check this?

I was not trying to import subscribers. I was attempting to create new ones.

You wrote you were importing subscribers via a csv file.

When email adrresses are not present in your database it will create new records for them with all the information that is present in the csv file as long as you have matched the fields in the csv file with these in Acymailing..

If an email address already exists in Acymailing you get to choose if Acymailing should update the subscriber or if it should skip the details. This choice is made in the second step of the import by enabling or disabling the swith "Overwrite existing user's information".

If you need further assistance, please provide us with more details about what exactly is not working.

I was attempting to add a NEW subscriber, not importing a list.
