Parallel sending process detected

Hello
On Wordpress, my sending configuration is on automatic and manual because I need to send my newsletter either right away or schedule it.
Now that the cron is operational with my license, I have my report which has an error "Parallel sending process detected, the system is stopped but you can resume it", and I received the email twice. This campaign was scheduled.
Why this error and this return, because I am not using any other cron?

Hi,

This happens when the cron is triggered when the previous cron task is still running. this can happen when you have two cron servers triggering your cron task or when your server is too slow or your batch size too large.

It's hard to tell what would be the best solution since you didn't add any information how you've setup your wueue process. A good start would be to reduce the number of emails per batch.

My webhost says to me that we can send 30 mails by minute so I setup like that :

Please try to change the settings to 1 batch of 150 enails every 15 minutes. It will likely solve your issue.

if I understand correctly it is the frequency in minutes which was too close if the previous sending is not finished, the next sending can interfere with the previous one?
if this is true, I'm afraid that if the first batch of 150 emails goes out at once and below the host's recommendation (30 emails/min), I will be considered spam. I reduced to 80 emails/15 minutes in automatic sending and 30 emails + wait 180 seconds in manual sending

Most often hosts have limits per day and/or per hour. That may result in a number of emails per minute.

A batch of 30 emails each five minutes equals one batch of 150. In both cases you will send 150 emails in 15 minutes. Normally you should be good to go. But if you're satisfied with 80 mails per 15 minutes that's also good.
