Conflict with module.min.css

Acymailing loads a file called module.min.css, which is located at the following path: media/com_acym/css/

This file conflicts with my bootstrap theme. A modal window does not work properly.

My question would be, what is the file needed for and can it be removed?

Hi,

Can you tell me, does your template provide features for css/js compression and combining? If it does, please disable these features, clear your server and browser cache and check if that resolves your issue. If it does you need to exclude this file from these features.

In case it doesn;'t solve your issue, please be more detailed about what exactly is going wrong. Also, check your browser concole and tell us what errors you see in the console.

The Modal element is available under UI Kit. If I now open the modal on my website, the background is not darkened, it remains transparent. However, the background should darken, as in the theme example.

You should be able to fix this by adding custom css to your website's template.

Therefore the question again, what is the module.min.css needed for and can it be removed?

module.min.css file contains minified CSS style definitions for the AcyMailing Subscription form

You can't remove that file because AcyMailing and the module itself expects to find it in the file system

But how can I resolve the conflict between the file and my theme? I don't need any CSS formatting for the Acymailing registration module, as I have provided the module with my own CSS.

What solution can you offer me to solve the problem?

You said that you have a conflict multiple times, but you didn't explain what kind of conflict do you have

We can't suggest how to fix something if we are not aware what kind of issue do you have

I have described my problem above. My website is not yet online, but is under development locally. However, I could put an instance online so that you can see the problem live.
