Special chars after subscriber export

Hello,
I exported all subscriber and I noticed that special characters show in a bad way in the CSV file.
For example:
B&A becomes B&A L'acqua becomes Ll'acqua Zanellù becomes ZanellÃ¹
If I look into the subscriber edit page, all the results look fine

In my configs I use:
Separator: Semicolon
Encoding UTF-8
Excel security Yes

How to have a nice export?
