Bug with Acymailing connected to BREVO in API mode

Hello,
Two days ago, we had a strange bug, which we don't know if related to BREVO or Acymailing. We were, as far as today, connected to BREVO with an API key.

We launched a new campaign, ... it was sent, but the original email was replaced by a strange "Unsubscribe " void email.
We are actually trying to retrieve the credits from BREVO, but this one wants to have the "API request" of this campaign in return. Where can we find this element, please?

Another question : while investigating the issue, we discovered that there were to ways to connect Acymailing and BREVO : one with an API key, ... but subtitled "obsolete", the other with SMTP key.
Why these two possibilities? What to choose?
Is the fact that we were API connected explains the bug?
