Resending same email to new subscribers

I seem to recall there is a way to do this: I have sent out an email and since then more people have been added to the list.

Is it possible to resend the same email to the same list but it only goes out to the new people added and NOT the ones that already were sent it?
Also, If I plan to set up an auto-welcome email. Will it trigger once someone is added either by sign-up or manually?

Hi,

When you send an email for the second time Acymailing will ask you if it has to send the email to all subscribers or only to new subscribers. You'll find it at the bottom of the summary tab.

Welcome emails are only send when someone subscribes in the frontend.
