Subscribe on Website A for a Newsletter on Website B

I manage 2 websites:
1 website for an annual festival and 1 website for the organizer.
The organizer has ACYMAIL. The festival website does not have a newsletter component installed.

My question: Is it possible to install a registration form (preferably a module) on the festival website that registers the user in the newsletter on the other website (organizer)?

There is a way, but not with the module

You have to use an external subscription form as explained here
