Read online "Website Links" dont work

Hello,

our newsletters stopped showing the web versions of newsletters with some of the past updates. Instead the links are going now to the newsletter abonnement mask.
Example: https://pekg.at/newsletter/mailid-44?key=ptsDzcTA&tmpl=component

Its Acymailing version 5.13.0. Our read online text is implemented with {readonline} .. text ..{/readonline}, it was not changed and worked earlier. The "website links" plugin is configured and activated.

Please can you help us? Thank you!

We have announced many times in the past year and last few months that at the end of January 2024, we are stopping support for AcyMailing 5 and that we won't provide support for it after that date

Well, thanks, I saw it the first time here in the new forum, whatsoever i tried it, because i thought this error is maybe already known and maybe a solution exists, or another thread from another customer with the same prob. Ok all clear, we will try upgrade.

For all others, who may come to this thread with the same problem: I have found a simple workaround:

If you dont have it already, create a new menulink to Acymailing->latest-newsletter , and replace the "read-online"-tags with an own simple html-link to your website with the new created menulink. This can either be a relative or absolute link, and either the menu name of the link (example newsletter/newest-newsletter) , or the link "index.php?option=com_acymailing&view=archive&layout=view".
If you dont want the new menulink visible in your menu, create a hidden menu for it.
