Problems with Online-View

Hi
I'm still strugglin with the online-view. With older Version (5.xx) i never had this problems.
When i create a new Newsletter and i send a test to myself i have the wrong Newsletter when i use "online-view". It seems it always shows the Email Default-Template but not the current Newsletter. I tried "refresh the archive" without an effect.

How to fix this?

Hi,

The archive view is generated when you actually send out a campaign to a lis of subscribers. Once it s generated you can make changes and refresh the archive view.

Does this mean that the online preview is only visible once all newsletters have been sent?

It saves it as soon as the first mail is sent.

Have the same issue. Do I really understand that during testing the online view always will be "old"? And after sending it out to subscribers the display of the online version will be correct?

But then the tests dont make 100% sense for we want also be sure that the online view will becorrect BEFORE we sent it out to the subscibers.....I am confused

Hi,

You're replying to an old thread. Things have improved since then. The archive view is updated more frequemtly and in case things are not updated for some reason, you'll find a button on the summary tab to update the archive view.

Un case you need further assistance, please be so kind to start your own thread.
