Migration from version 5 to version 9

Bonjour,

I just make the migration from Acymaling 5 to Acymailing 9. Everything is OK for the migration.
But when I selected a newsletter in my list, I only see Text and not HTML. Perhaps I forget something.

My site is a Joomla 3.10

Hi,

When you migrate from v5 to v9 you existing e-mails as html e-mails. When editing these Acymailing shows you the html editor that is set in your cms. And when creating new e-mails you can use the new drag & drop editor.

I'm not sure which editor your question is about. And in case you are using the html editor I don't know which editor you are using in your cms.

Can you be more specific in your question or maybe even upload a screenshot?

I use JCE Editor
When I add Acymailing Editor in System configuration it's ok but when I add JCE Editor in System configuration I can see only TEXT and not HTML as you can see on the screenshot

Hi,

There could be a conflict with some v5 plugin. Can you try to uninstall v5, you can safely uninstall everything with a version lower then 9.6.0. You won't loose any data, the v5 database tables remain untouched.

If you're on PHP 8, please lower the php version to 7.4 on your hosting account prior to uninstalling v5. Once v5 uninstalled you can switch the php version bacvk to what is was.
