Using custom fields, I have sucessfully created a couple of Segments, Seg A holds 20 subscribers, Seg B holds 10.
In the Emails process, I do not choose a List but I do choose Add a Segment step in the send process = Yes and can now see a new tab for Segment. on the Segment page I choose an existing segment (example A) and I see Campaign will be sent to a total of : 20 subscribers.
But when I head to the Summary page, although i see Segment Include = A, It shows Zero (0) subscribers and the Add to the Queue is greyed out.
Where am I going wrong?
