I am wondering if there is a way to have an ongoing sync between ACY subscribers in one or more lists and a separate database table of contact.
The client scenario is that they use CRM plugin (WordPress) that does an excellent job of managing contacts and other activities, but that has a very weak email interface. The client wants to use ACY for that because, well, it's awesome!
While a one time export of the contact info from the CRM is simple enough, the data would quickly fall out of sync, and ongoing manual exports/imports is simply not any option.
Likewise, the client wants to avoid creating a CMS user for each contact/subscriber. If we did this, we could facilitate the sync somewhat between ACY and the CRM because both could pull from the CMS user info. But, again, we want to avoid this.
So, is there an automation that allows ACY to look into a specified table and import contacts from it, say, once a day?
