Block mailing list against subscription deletion

Is it possible that from 5 different subscription lists a single list is blocked against deletion of subscriptions?

I'm sorry, this is not possible.

If you have the Enterprise version you can setup an Automatuion that will subscribe your users to the list they have unsubscribed from. Depending on your needs you can run it hourly, weekly or whatever timeframe you need. You can even set it based on a user action, so when the user unsubscribes from your list he'll be subscribed again riught afterwards.
