Only the first email in the queue is sent - Elastic Email

I have a BIG problem sending emails: only the first email in the queue is sent. I use Elastic Email. I contacted them, and they said it is a bug in the Acymailing software. This happens in both Acy 9 and Acy 5. I sent two emails to Acymailing support, but I did not get an answer. I am in the middle of a campaign, and suddenly, I am not able to send emails. Please help!!!
