Create a subscriber if a user sends a Forminator form

Hi,
I use Forminator for a health test for my clients. At the end of the test is a radio button to op in for my newsletter. Is there a possibility to send name and email address from the Forminator form to a specific list in Acymailing?

Hi,

Depending on the options Forminator is offering you, you could do the following:

In case Forminator can run a php script after form submission you can make use of our code-api: https://docs.acymailing.com/developers/acymailing-developer-documentation/code-api. This would be the preferred option.
We have an code example for RSForm, which is for Joomla, but it can give you an idea how you can use the code-api: https://docs.acymailing.com/setup/subscription-to-your-lists/rsform-pro-integration

Alternativly you can setup an Automation that will look in other tables to import subscribers from. For this you can use the Universal Filter add-on: https://docs.acymailing.com/addons/all-cms-add-ons/universal-filter. Please note that you need the Enterprise edition to be able to use Automations.
