Hello, I already wrote about this problem, but I can't see my post. I hope not duplicating it.
When I try to set up a Welcome Email in the list where the user will register from the front end, only the default templates you provide appear. I can't see my own templates.
Additionally, any template I try to set as a Welcome Email disappears once I "Save" it, and a blank email is sent to the user. This happens with Acymailing 9. It didn't happen with versions 8 or 5.
I know you say that Acy 5 is obsolete, but I can't manage to do the things I always did with version 5 in version 9. That's why I have no choice but to keep using version 5.
Actually, I have opened three accounts with you: one with version 5, one with version 9, and another with version 9.7.2
Could you please help me with this issue of the welcome emails? I need to send invitations to an event, and after the users register, I need them to receive the corresponding welcome email.
