I found out that the empty email sent was a Welcome email. In another post, I mentioned that the Welcome emails cannot be 'Saved' and that even though I bring in the template (one of your templates because mine do not appear when I press 'Start from'), when I 'Save' the template, it appears blank. I thought that by canceling and deleting the empty template from the list, it would be enough, but the system saves it in a 'Welcome Emails' list found in 'Emails.' Since this is a different logic from Acymailing 5, I did not realize this. And it is that empty Welcome email that is being sent when the user registers on my list from the front end. I have deleted this email and hope that the problem will disappear. I will monitor it just in case.
Another thing I have noticed is that templates WITHOUT IMAGES can be set as the Welcome email. It is the ones with images that get erased (appear blank).
Could you please help me with this issue? I need to register users for an event, and it is impossible to send them a welcome email.
