Activating 9.7.2 on wordpress 6.6.1

Hello,
I can install the latest 9.7.2 version on WordPress 6.6.1. However when I try and activate I get this error:

The plugin generated 232 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

The site server is running PHP 7.4.33 and 10.4.17-MariaDB.

The plugin will not activate! How can I fix this? Is Acy Mailing compatible on the latest WordPress?
