Tracking issue

Hi all,
When tracking is enabled (or even when disabled) acymailing changes the urls in the newsletter to http://tracking.xxx.xxx/tracking/xxxxxx and therefor generating an error.
How can we solve this?
Tracking may occur but we prefer to have a correct redirection instead of an error.
Thank you in advance for your help.

(PS : using Acymailing 5.10.11 , AdminTools, J! 3.9.13)

Nevermind, it was an external issue with elasticmail ...

There is still an issue with this and elasticmail. I made all available settings in elasticmail but I could not solve it.
Is there a way not to have the http://tracking.xxx.xxx/tracking/xxxxxx but http://xxx.xxx/tracking/xxxxxx ???
Evern If I disable 1) in settings > Data collection > "tracking clicks" and 2)"Track this campaign" in the mail settings
the URL is still the same.

These url's are not generated by Acymailing. Please contact the support of Elastic Mail.

He was right... There is no ACY mailing problem.. It is elasticmail problem
