Apologies if this topic has been covered before, but is there a way of white-listing a specific email address or domain? One of our subscribers is resident in mainland China and their address is with the domain qq.com. Invariably any emails we try to send get blocked in the mail queue and there seems to be no obvious way around it. A previous subscriber was also using this domain and we experienced the same problem back then. Has anyone else struck this?
