Newsletter templates to download?

I used the Enterprise version of Acymailing on Joomla for several years and loved it. That site is gone now but I'm back with a Wordpress site and have installed Acymailing Essential. I'm looking for newsletter templates to download and I can only find a pack of 10 templates to purchase for 29 Euros, none of which are what we need. I know there were many templates to choose from before but I searched all over and couldn't find anything. Then I read this article with a link to a page of templates to browse. The link returns the following error from Cloudflare:

Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned. What happened?
You've requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is not allowed by Cloudflare's security policy.

What can I do?
If this is an R2 custom domain, it may still be initializing. If you have attempted to manually point a CNAME DNS record to your R2 bucket, you must do it using a custom domain. Refer to R2's documentation for details.

So are there templates to download, either free or to purchase, somewhere? Where? I have someone who's ready to create one from scratch but that shouldn't be necessary.

Actually, she found one on Canva that we really like but there doesn't seem to be a way to export it in a form we can import to Acymailing. If anyone has a suggestion there that would be great as well.

Hi,

The link you've found is an outdated template pack for version 5, which is no longer supported.

As per our current setup, all relevant Acymailing information can be found on https://www.acymailing.com. This website serves as our centralized hub for accessing the most up-to-date versions and information.

Yes, I know about the website. That's where I found the link I shared. I've been all over the site and unable to find anything other than the 10-pack for 29 Euros I mentioned. Can you point to anything else that's available? Or other suggestions where I might find templates to download either free or paid? I had no problem finding what I needed when I was using Acymailing previously but I'm stumped now.

Hi,

The 10-pack is the only template pack available for v9. With the new drag & drop editor creating templates or emails is easier then ever. https://docs.acymailing.com/main-pages/templates/create-a-template I realize it always takes time to get familiar with a new interface, but I'm sure once you are familiar with it you'll like it.

That makes Acymailing the only mailing service or plugin I'm aware of that has no templates available beyond a few very basic ones at a high cost (not one of which is appropriate for my needs). This is a huge change from when I used Acymailing for several years on a Joomla site. I'm not a designer and neither are those working for me. Not being able to use the work of designers and having to learn a system we will use once or twice makes no sense. This is an unfortunate backwards move that's a deal killer for us.
