sebg Hello,On a Joomla site, and the latest version of Acymailing, saving the template systematically leads to an error of type "Request failed: error". What can I do to avoid this? Thank you
jvstratum Hi, This means Acymailing is not able to save the thumbnail. This can happen on some servers if the email is too large (very long emails with lots of images or not optimazing your images before inserting them in the email). You can work around this by disabling the parameter "Save temoplate thumbnail" in the Acymailing Configuration. You'll find it on the tab Mail Settings unde the section Email editor.
