No thumbnails generated on new templates

Hello,
since approximately 1 year, thumbnails are no longer generated when creating a new template or copying existing templates.
The images sent by Advanced Options are displayed correctly, it's not a problem of writing to the folder.
Is there a setting to activate the generation of these thumbnails that I can't find?

Hi,

These thumbnails should be generated automaticly when using the drag & drop editor. In the Acymailing configuration there's an option to disable the automatic thumbnail generation. You'll find the option on the Mail Settings tab in the Email Editor section. Please check if this option is enabled.

In case you're using the html editor, please note that thumbnails will not begenerated.

I should have specified that I know that templates created with the editor don't generate thumbnails, and that the thumbnail generation setting is correctly activated on the site as in your capture. That's why I don't understand why they don't generate.
