Foreign Key constraint error on upgrade to starter 9.8.1

I just upgraded from Starter 9.6.0 to 9.8.1 and I got this error message

Extra column mail_id detected in table #acym_step
[ERROR]Could not remove the column mail_id from the table #acym_step: Cannot drop index 'fk_kct01_acym_step_has_mail1': needed in a foreign key constraint

I have ran the database integrity check but it didn't fix it.

Can anyone advise me what I should do next ?

You will have to edit your foreign keys in your DB first

Edit DB table "#acym_step" and drop all the foreign keys from it. Make sure that other DB tables don't have foreign keys that are connected to this table.

After that, run integrity check again. It should fix the "#acym_step" and also create foreign keys back to the DB tables that don't have it, but should.
