Why do I see this in my commercial version?

You must keep this popup opened to continue sending. If you want to be able to close the page and turn Off your computer, you can let the cron task run the automatic send process.

That means I will have to leave the computer on all the time??

There is no sense in opening the same support request here and in our ticketing system

Community can't help you with this problem anyway, and opening multiple support requests for the same problem just stretches support staff
