Just purchased a license but can't add a domain

I've just purchased a license to be able to send mails but I can't link a domain. When I tried to add a domain first, it gave an unspecific error. Now it always says the domain is already linked but the list is empty.

It's not possible to add any domain in general. I tested a bunch always get this error
"An error occurred, the details have been stored in the sending service's logs file in the configuration"
and then the log report only contains the same error again:
"25 September 2024 16:33: An error occurred, the details have been stored in the sending service's logs file in the configuration"

How can I fix this? Thanks for your help in advance!

There is really no sense to ask such question here in the forum because community can't help you with this in any way

Also, asking the same question in the forum and using our support ticketing system just stretches the support

I have already replied to your question in the ticket so let us continue there

mihha Hi there and thanks for your reply. Yes, I didn't find the support form first and that's why I posted it in the forum here first. I kept googling later and then I found the support form. It wasn't my intention to spam.
