Do unused emails get carried over to the following month?

AcyMainling - Enterprise with 20000 emails a month.

We have a seasonal product, with an "off season" of about 3 months when we don't send out emails / sell anything
We have around 7,500 on our newsletter list.
For the months that we don't send anything, do the emails get carried over? ie is it 20,000 emails a month exactly, or 240.000 in the year?
Can we suspend our subscription for 3 months each year and get a refund?

Hi,

For the basic credits of your license, the counter is reset to zero each month. So if you you have a 20k per month subscription and only use 17k credits this month, the remaining 3k credits won't carry over to the next month.

.In case you have purchesed an additional credit pack on top of your subscription then these additional credits never expire.
