I'm a long-time Acymailing user on Joomla but it's been a while. We've installed Acymailing on a WordPress site and are ready to start sending mail. Everything seemed to be working fine except for one issue (see 4 below) but now we have several issues. I noticed all this after updating to 9.9.0 but I don't know if that's related to the new issues.

  1. When I try to send a test message I get a message that our license is blocked. Test messages used to go out without a problem.
  2. Our website was unlinked somehow. I've relinked it.
  3. Cron on Acymailing was deactivated. I've reactivated it.
  4. I have added the Editor user group to Permissions several times and every time I do it disappears from there.

Any one of these problems would be impossible for the people who will be sending our mail to solve. #4 keeps happening, making Acymailing inaccessible to everyone who would be using it unless I give them all Admin access, which I'm not going to do.

Can you help me here?

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you please try to run a database integrity check and see if that resolves your issue with the permissions? You'll find it in Acymailing->Configuration->Security, almost at the bottom of the page under the Advanced section.

Thanks for the suggestion. I ran the data integrity check and sent a test message, including a test message for a new template, without a problem. The other issues haven't recurred so I can't say if this fixed them but I'll keep this in mind in case something happens again.

You're welcome, enjoy your Acymailing.
