problem with drag & drop create new template

hi,
i have a problem with acymailing in 9.9.1 version
When i choose to create an email template with "drag & drop" choice
i can't create it . The choices "start from", "save", "save & exit ", "edit template" does not work.
So , what can i do for this .
i am waiting for your answer as soon as possible.

The button edit template in the drag & drop choice does not work.
what can i do for this.
I do not have license , so with this problem I can not use the acymailing?

Hi,

You can use the Acymailing Starter version without a license. However, in case you neeed dedicated support a valid licence is required. Software development and support comes at a cost and that is why we have commercial licenses as well. The price for an Essential version is only € 29 per year and entitles you to use our dedicated ticket support. And you also help us to maintain and develop Acymailing with it.

So far, you're the only one reporting this isuue. So it's likely something specific to your website or browser.

Please try the following:

Clear your server and browser cache
Use a different browser
Downlaod the installation package from our website again and install Acymailing manually. There's no need to uninstall it first and your data will remain untouched.
Open your browser console (F12 in Chrome/FF) and check f you see any errors in the console.
