Hi,
I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are asking for.
There are a couple of things to know.
To start with, Acymailing never adds someting to your bounce email box. Acymailing send emails and when the receiving email server can't deliver the email it sends a non delivery report (NDR) to your bounce email box.
You need to process these bounces in order to prevent unneccessary bounces in the future. You need to do this manually (by deactivating or deleting the corresponding subscribers) with the Starter and Essential Acymailing versions. In case you have the Enterprise version Aymailing can process these bounces automaticly and also deactivate or delete subscribers when needed.
Acymailing will never send emails to deactivated subscribers even when they still are subscribed to your lists.
In some cases Acymailing allows up to X times a bounce before deactivating a subscriber. For example, when you receive a bounce because a subscriber's mailbox is full, Acymailing, by default, will allow up to three bounces for this reason and in case it happens fpr the fourth time it will deactivate the subscriber. You can change this behaviour by editing the corresponding bounce rule and change the number of tjimes before it will deactivate the subscriber.
If you need further assistance on this subject, please be more detailed in what you want to accomplish and which Acymailing edition you are using.
