I would like to discuss how to use AcyMailing Starter with Joomla4 We are a nonprofit with volunteers that have little to no technical backgrounds. No knowledge of using CSS or HTML to make a basic monthly email work.
What we need to do is create a standard email template that has a header portion and a footer portion that are on all emails.
Then we want to simply import a Joomla article that is created by one of our volunteers each month into that email template and have it look EXACTLY like the article. Currently this process works UNTIL the article is imported. Then It looses all formatting(font colors, line breaks, paragraphs etc) and there is NO WAY from within the Acymailing template editor to edit the article before sending. The ONLY work around so far has been to COPY the article text, insert a TEXT block in the template instead of importing a Joomla article and then paste the copied text into that. That seems like the most backwards process to get a simple email to mail out to subscriber!
This process needs to be a simple as possible so an non technical volunteer can do it in as few steps as possible.
So I am asking for some other experienced user to explain how to do what we want.
