Curl error message

I am unable to attach a license to a Joomla install of Acymailing 8.6.0
I am running Joomla 3.10.6 so not sure if it is due to an old version of Joomla or not.
Possibly it is due to a port not open.

Here is the error message: Curl error message: Failed to connect to www.acyba.com port 443 after 17217 ms: Couldn't connect to server

Thanks for any thoughts.

I fixed it using an updated version of Acymailing 9.6. However, I could not update to Acymailing 9.92 yet for some reason.

Update to the latest version needs to be done manually, by downloading the installation package from Acyba website under your account, and install it using Joomla installation manager

Hi, I have a similar problem with my license. I am running Joomla 3.10.12 and Acymailing 7.5.12.
Here is the error message: Failed to connect to www.acyba.com port 443: No route to host
Acyba.com is down, i think that this is the issue.
