Automatic bounce handling is not working

I have automatic bounce handling set to run once a day, but it almost never runs. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Attached is a screenshot of the settings in configuration.

As you can see in the screenshot, the last time the bounce handling ran was October 9th and the next scheduled time is Dec. 25>

A while back I changed the settings to months instead of days to stop the handling from happening as I was having a problem with being blacklisted. But once I fixed that problem, I reset the settings to have it run once a day, but the new settings do not work and the bounces just collect in my folder for days. I can still run bounce handling manually, but I would like to have it run automatically again.

Hi,

Can you run a database integrity check and see of this resolves the issue? You'll find it in Acymailing->Configuration->Security under the advanced section almost at the bottom of the page.

Please also check if your cron is triggerered regularly. You'll find this information in Acymailing->Configuration->Queue Process under the advanced section.

I ran the database integrity check and it almost instantly gave me a green check mark, so not sure if it made a difference. I will keep an eye on the bounce handling to see if it is working now.
