User deleted when subscription deactivated

Hi,
When I deactivate a user's subscription in administration, the user is deleted. I've tested this on other sites with the same version of Joomla and Acymailing but without succeeding in reproducing the problem.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem?

This is happening, most probably, due to the automation that you have, so you might check that
