Campaigns won't send - failure of safe test and test message

Following my previous query (which seems to have disappeared from the forum), I reinstalled Acymailing Enterprise 6.6.1 and there was no change in the problem behaviour (AcyMailing won't send campaigns, the safe test is stuck (rotating wheel) and the test message is stuck (rotating wheel).
I checked the error logs and the only log entry (several times) was:
"Got error 'PHP message: PHP Notice: Undefined property: plgAcymHikashop::$acympluginHelper in /opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs/XXX/administrator/components/com_acym/dynamics/hikashop/plugin.php on line 322\n', referer: https://www.XXX/administrator/index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=campaigns&task=edit&step=tests&id=32"
I then unpublished the AcymHikashop plug in but there is no change in the above problem behaviours.

Is anyone else having this problem??
