Send an eMail in steps

I have a list with appr. 2000 subscribers, and want to send out one eMail in steps over several days. Not more than appr. 200 eMails at once to see, how the recipients react.

I created an eMail, which is under templates, and I have a list created with the 2k subscribers.
How should I do that the best way that?

mihha Thanks mihha, will try that, but also found the segments functionality, which seems to give me exactly what I need: "Select xxx users randomly". In combination with "Send mail only to users, who havent got this mail yet", then this should perfectly be, what I need, right? (Havent tested yet, as mail will be sent out in Dec).
