AcyMailing Sending Service is a separate service and if your AcyMailing Subscription doesn't include it, then you can't use it
If you want to use that sending service, you have to upgrade your subscription to include the sending service as well
In order to switch your subscription for a sending service license, you have to:
- Go to https://www.acymailing.com/account/license/
- Find the license you want to edit and click on "View" button
- In the subscription totals section, click on "Upgrade"
- You'll be redirected to the pricing page: the prices will be the classical ones. Add the version you want in your cart
- During the checkout, the price will be calculated based on the difference in price between the two licenses.
