Unsubscribe import list

Good morning,

I have an Excel file with a list of users that I need to unsubscribe from a list.
Is it possible to unsubscribe them by importing this file? Or in text form ?

Hi,

You can make use of a temporary list to achieve this. Here's how to do it.

Create a temp list in Acymailing
Save your Excel document as a CSV file
Import the CSV file and subscribe these users to your temp list

Next run a mass action (You'll find it under Automations) with thse settings:
Actions: Unsubscribe the user from your desired list AND Remove the user from the temp list
Action targets: Subscribed to your temp list

Please note that Automations and Mass actions are part of the Enterprise version.
