You can't do that because there is no direct URL which would allow such action. It would be very dangerous.
Someone can forward the newsletter to someone else and that other person could click that link and delete original receiver data from the AcyMailing
Delete action is available only on the Subscriber profile on the frontend and only if that subscriber is logged in to the website using the account with the same email address as the newsletter subscriber
