Email queue not being fully processed/sent

Hi all,

Recently starting using the sending service on an “Essential” subscription. Standard settings (batches of 70, etc) and all settings validated, “green ticks”, etc.

I’m finding that not all emails are being sent. An initial batch of emails is processed (<70 even when that are >70 subscribers) but rest don’t seem to go.

After waiting a fair while (over an hour, sometimes overnight) after initial send, I’m manually intervening by going to the “Summary” screen and resending. This gives me the “resend to new subscribers” option (there aren’t any new subscribers!) and then processing the queue manually. This takes the “Sent” total up to the expected total.

Unfortunately, doing this means that some people receive the email twice and some not at all 🙁

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

You can use the cron report to check what is happening. On the Queue Process tab of the Acymailing configuration you can set a report to be saved. Set is to each time Acymailing performs an action. Next time the queue stops sending your emails go back to this tab in the configuration and check if there are any erros in the cron report.

set the configuration as per your message
set the queue processing to “Automatic only”

I’ll report back if/when the sending stops again.
