Duplicating email not working after update

After an update from 9.10.2 to 9.11.0 I'm not able to duplicate an email. In the overview page I click on the checkbox next to an e-mail and select Duplicate. The page refreshes, but that's it. There is no new news letter. It's no in the database too.
Duplicating a template does work. However when I want to delete it, that's not possible.

I installed the latest version twice. The only error I get is "An error occurred while installing the template acy_notification_cms"

On the security tab in the settings I tried the button "Check database integrity". All things seem ok, no errors.

What more can I try?
