Edit base styles and font sizes

I'm trying to style a newsletter again and am hitting a couple of walls.
This should be easy: Where can the base styles be edited? I found nothing about this in the documentation.
For example, links appear in a tiny font and bright blue. I need to change this. How?
The other major issue: I can only select font sizes in even steps (12,14,16). I need 13 and 15px. How?

EDIT: I found that under "Gearwheel" > Design, I can select elements and there are a few settings. That helps already, but is very limited. I cannot select underline, e.g. And for font size, I'd juast like to have the same as the surrounding text. Now, I can only select one fixed size. If the paragraph has a different size, it won't match.

You can set the same value for the <p> and <a> tags in the design panel.

As you have notices the underline iption unfortunately hasn't been added yet. Instead you can add your own styling to the custom style sheet of the te,plate or email. You'll also find this in the design panel.
