Regarding importing users from an external DB via Universal Filter.

Dear AcyMailing Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with the Universal Filter plugin in the latest version of AcyMailing. In previous versions, it was possible to import users based on an advanced query. However, in the latest version, this functionality seems to have been removed.

Currently, the plugin only allows matching users against an existing database and then applying actions to those matching users. Unfortunately, there is no way to import new users into the database using an advanced query, as was possible in earlier versions.

This limitation significantly affects workflows where we need to dynamically import new users into the system. Is this change intentional, or is it a temporary limitation that will be addressed in future updates? If possible, could you provide guidance on how to achieve the previous functionality in the current version?

When you say that this was possible in the previous version, are you saying that it was possible in AcyMailing v5 or some earlier versions between AcyMailing v6 and the current AcyMailing v9?

Thank you for your response. To clarify, the functionality I am referring to was available in AcyMailing v5. Specifically, the ability to import users based on an advanced query rather than only matching existing database records and applying actions to those matches.

Could you confirm if this feature was intentionally removed or if there is an alternative way to achieve the same result in v9?

In v9 you need to add the Universal Filter as an add-on.
