raff1968 I'm using AcyMailing Starter 9.6.0 on joomla 4.4.10 I'm not really shure when this happend but right now I can't access the configuration page. The error says: An error has occurred. 0 Undefined constant "ACYM_HELPURL" Does someone knows this problem? What can I do to solve it? Thanks in advance.

jvstratum Hi, Never downgrade software like that. Ane changes made to the datebase structure by the latest version can cause issues when you install a previous version without rolling back the changes in te database. Please. download and install 9.11.1 again. Please inform us about the php version you're using and if you see any additional errors when enabling Joomla debug mode.
raff1968 Hi there Thanks for your reply! I did not downgrade it I used my backup including database to get back to the previeus version. I'm still using 9.6.0 becasue I can not access the subscribers when installing 9.11.1 PHP Version is 8.1.27 Here the errors that show up at the conficuration page. Hope you can find a solution.
jvstratum Hi, Have you checked if it is some kind of cachinig or browser issue? Please try to manually install 9.11.1, clear your server and browser cache and check if the issue is resolved. If not, please try to use a different browser and see if that helps.
raff1968 Hi, We have the same error on other browser too. I installed 9.11.1 but now we have both errors again. We can't acces subscribers and configuration.
jvstratum Hi, I noticed you have created overrides for Acymailig. Please delete everything in JROOT/administrator/templates/atum/html that is related to Acymailing. That should solve your issue.
